	Kimberly Grommes (seeker)	Example of Scrum Planning Meetings I have some confusion/questions regarding kicking off a scrum project, such as how far out you should plan in your first planning session vs. sprint planning. I was thinking maybe someone who has been involved in this process could either explain or maybe we could do a mock meeting or something.
	Thierry Thelliez (seeker)	Scrum to run a small business? Most of the Scrum discussions are about its implementation at the level of a software development team. But what about driving the operations of a small business with Scrum? I started doing that but I am not getting a lot of traction. Any experience to share convincing non technical people about the benefits of an Agile approach?
